We don't accept personal and business checks except bank cashier’s checks.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Unfortunately, we can not accept PayPal payments. If in the future PayPal decides to work in Türkiye, we will accept PayPal.

Freight policy

International Orders

AGRONN Simulation Technologies San. Tic. Ltd. Åžti. is not responsible for any custom’s fees, duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or other additional expenses incurred with the importation of our products. Shipment transit times to international destinations are based on common carrier estimates only and do not include delays for customs processing.

 

AGRONN has no way to estimate these fees or delays in advance.

Damaged Shipment

Please inspect all packages upon arrival. You must report any damaged or missing items to AGRONN within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to the carrier immediately and then report it directly to AGRONN.

​

All items leave our facility securely packaged, tested and in good condition. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all of the packaging material, take pictures of the damaged items and contact AGRONN. AGRONN cannot be held responsible for packages left unattended due to special instructions left for your carrier.

Shipment by via Express Courier

AGRONN offers DHL as a freight carrier for all door to door shipments for international shipping. Packages shipped overseas via door-to-airport service will be handled via DHL Supply Chain Solutions.

DHL and DHL Supply Chain Solutions will be the only carrier utilized unless the below listed provisions are met by the customer as follows:

  1. Customer must issue specific instructions in writing to AGRONN to arrange for an alternate carrier.

  2. Written request must include the customer’s printed name, signature and date.

  3. Customer’s request must be submitted at least fourty-eight (48) hours prior to order shipment date.

  4. Customer must be able to provide current & valid account number pertaining to the specified alternate carrier.

  5. If no account number is available, freight costs will be charged directly to the customer’s credit card.

​

Unless the customer’s specified carrier service is able to provide a call-in pick up service and does not require AGRONN to generate additional paperwork and form submittals, AGRONN will not be held liable for any costs incurred whatsoever due to damaged, lost or stolen merchandise that was shipped via the customer’s specialized freight arrangements.

​

Restocking Fee

A fifteen percent (15%) restocking and repackaging fee applies to all items returned for refund.

Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty to "Original Owner"

AGRONN Simulation Technologies warrants, to the original owner, that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.

 

AGRONN will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by AGRONN and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new.

Notice: 

* There is a minimum service/handling charge of EUR25.00 for all warranty items after 90 days.

Onsite Service

For the first 90 days of ownership, AGRONN will provide onsite service as AGRONN’s schedule permits, at no charge for parts and labor. The customer is responsible for all travel expenses to include: hotel, airfare and car rental (if required).

 

Travel expenses must be pre-paid. After the first 90 days, in addition to travel expenses, charges for labor and parts not under warranty will apply.

​

This warranty does not cover...

Damage resulting from accident, unreasonable use, neglect, alterations, improper servicing, improper installation, connections with peripherals or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship.

 

Any service or repair provided outside the scope of this limited warranty shall be at AGRONN’s rates and terms in effect. AGRONN is not responsible for costs or loss of revenue incurred due to downtime.

​

Advance Replacement (Warranty Items Only)

If an advance replacement for items under warranty is requested, the customer is required to provide a credit card to charge the full cost of the replacement item. Once the defective item is received by AGRONN the credit card will be credited. Customer agrees to pay for all shipping and handling costs associated with replacement.

 

If the replacement product is released in advance, and the defective item is not returned to AGRONN within 10 business days, the customer agrees to pay for the replacement item plus shipping and handling in FULL at the current item price.

​

Unauthorized Repairs

Modifying, upgrading, or altering any AGRONN product will void the warranty. The customer will not be compensated for repairs performed themselves.

​

Warranty Service

To obtain warranty repair service, you may return a damaged or defective product, freight-prepaid and insured, to AGRONN. For all returned products, please follow the required RMA procedures.

A free Technical Supportt is provided for your convenience. Installation manuals and instructions are available for most of our components and systems.

AGRONN provides free technical support to the original owner as follows:

  1. Free technical support for the first 30 days of ownership on software upgrades

  2. Free technical support for the first 90 days of ownership on components not sold as a complete system

  3. Free technical support for the first 120 days of ownership on complete systems

 

Paid Technical Support

After the free technical support period (30, 90 or 120 days), we offer technical support charged on a per incident basis, which is determined by the type of components/system.

 

When calling for technical support please have the following information available:

  1. Your name, phone number, invoice number and email address

  2. Which software you are using and what version

  3. Credit card information (for support after 30/90/120 days)

  4. A detailed description of your problem and, if applicable, the steps taken to try to resolve the problem

​We also offer remote assistance using AnyDesk®. The same condition applies as above for the this service.

Returns

Return Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund provided the item is in the same condition as supplied and in original packaging, any refund will not include the cost of delivery. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.

If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Return Merchandise Authorization Procedures

1. Contact AGRONN Technical Support

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and completed RMA form. To obtain an RMA number, email AGRONN Technical Support using the following email address: techsupport@agronn.com

2. Returning Merchandise

An RMA number MUST be requested and approved prior to repair or replacement of product. Any items returned without the RMA number will be refused. Customers are responsible for all fees and shipping charges to return items to AGRONN. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. AGRONN will not accept freight-collect shipments. AGRONN is not responsible for goods damaged during transportation. Customer should have insurance before shipment. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all products returned.

​

3. Ship only the product specified on the RMA Form

Do not include any accessories (e.g. connectors, cables, software, CD’s, manual, etc) unless instructed by a Technical Support Representative. AGRONN is not liable for any accessories included in the RMA shipment.

​

4. Packing and Shipping Information

When you need to ship a product back to AGRONN, please follow the instructions:

  1. Package the item carefully. Products need to be returned in their original packaging or in material of equal or greater quality. Please do not use “popcorn foam” or newspaper as filler as they do not provide sufficient protection. If the items arrive in non-original packaging or the original packaging received will not provide sufficient protection, the equipment will be returned in proper packaging with the cost included in the invoice total.

  2. IMPORTANT: Clearly mark the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the inside and outside of each package. Any items returned without the RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused.

  3. Enclose a completed RMA form in the package to ensure correct processing.

  4. Items must be insured for their “full replacement value” or the sender assumes the risk of loss/damage during shipment. Please use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery (such as DHL, FEDEX, etc.).

  5. Ship the pre-paid package(s) to:

5. Diagnostic Evaluation Fee

A diagnostic evaluation fee will be applied to all RMA’s not under warranty. If the required repairs are authorized, the diagnostic fee will be applied towards repair costs. Once your package is received, a technician will conduct the diagnostic evaluation to assess necessary repairs.

 

Diagnostic fees are EUR45 for components, EUR95 for desktop systems and EUR145 for a Modular Flight Deck.

6. Repair Charges

Once the evaluation has been performed, a Technical Support Representative will contact you to review the required repairs. Repair service will commence upon receipt of payment.

​

7. Repair Warranty

All repairs have a 90-day warranty. All warranties are void if AGRONN determines that the product has been abused, physically damaged or altered in any way.

terms & conditions

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

  1. All funds must be submitted in EUR (Euro) only.

  2. All funds to be verified prior to shipment.

  3. Shipment dates are contingent upon timely receipt of payment.

  4. For orders made from Türkiye, 18% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Privacy policy

AGRONN do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

  1. Take and fulfil customer orders.

  2. Administer and enhance the website and service.

  3. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
